Refund policy

1. Return AT THE SPOT

  • As alreaddy mentioned that all parcels are allow to open,first check quality ,be satisfied. If your are satisfied and insha allah you will be then good luck if not, you may return Easily in 7 to 14 days after acceptance the parcel.

2. Return Conditions

you may  return ONLY if:

  • Delivered Item is damaged / defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items

AND:

  • Product must be unused + original packaging.

3. Mostly sale/offer Items are not returnable but we extend ease for you, you may also retuen sale items. 

 

4. Refund Method

  • After product is received back

  • Time: 5–10 working days

  • Method:

    • Bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa (Pakistan standard)

    • Original payment method (if prepaid)
